Payment Policy : -
Kindly deposit 50 % at the time of booking the rooms to get the booking confirmation and please clear the balance amount 24 hrs before check inn.
If we have not received the Full amount before 24 hours of check inn then the reservation will be Released without prior Notice.

Cancellation Policy : -
1 . No retention charges if booking is cancelled before 15 days.
2. 50 % retention charges if booking is cancelled between 7 to 15 Days.
3 . 100 retention charges if booking is cancelled within 7 Days prior to check in Date.

Guarantee / Payment Policy : -
1. All payments to be made with in 03 Days from the time of booking, in case of immediate booking 100% deposit is required.
2. All non-guaranteed booking shall be released by cut-off date without any prior notice.
3. At present rooms are available but not blocked, shall be subject to availability upon confirmation.
